Me and my friends decided to make a tourist camp in our village. This will be the first camping in the gorge. Tourist potential in Pankisi mountains is quite high, and from the summer of 2018 it will increase, because the construction of Pankisi-Tusheti connecting road is being launched, and it will pass exactly on our camping site.
There is a beautiful nature in Pankisi and we would like to develop tourism. Unfortunately Georgian youth isn’t very interested in our gorge. The main idea of camping is to enable the local youth to actively get involved in tourism, to follow the trend...

Tetritskaro is home to a variety of ethnic groups. One of the worst problems in today's Tetritskaro is the lack of youth gatherings. The local self-government handed over our youth team a building for 2 years, free of charge. We plan to turn this space into a youth center where any youth member despite their ethnic origin and religion can come and develop themselves. The existence of this space for young people is very important, we have already started fixing the building and gradually building it up with our forces.

Despite living together for hundreds of years, ethnic Azerbaijanis are struggling to integrate with ethnic Georgian communities. Stereotypes, prejudices, that exist between these communities, prevents their successful integration, for them to better get to know each other, to be closer and become friends. Sabirkendi is a region inhabited with ethnic Azeri, where the problems is the rejection of students with special needs in the school and the community. They are not considered as members of the society and are marginalized from it.
People with special needs do not consider themselves as full-fledged members of the community. The problem is the lack of information about the various syndromes and a negative attitude from the society. Our goal is to raise the awareness of students and the villagers and to build their tolerance regarding this issue.

The village is bordered on one side with Azerbaijan and on the other side with Armenian compact villages. There are friendly ties between these villages, although most the villagers do not speak Georgian. Also, in none of the villages young people have a place where they could gather for cultural events, which would help them to bond and become friends by learning the Georgian language and sharing each other's culture.

I’m a kindergarten teacher in Rustavi for children of a variety of nationalities. The districts of Rustavi are very rich with different national minorities. It's very important for our society to interact with them and help integrate with Georgian native citizens.

It’s important from childhood to develop the love of the country where they live. We support the children in friendship with different national minorities and show them ways to communicate through events such as puppet theaters, parties, games and activities. We will train the children in tolerance and the ways of ...

Karajala, population 4,891, is the second largest village in Georgia. Many people there are Azeri, which creates a communication divide in the village.

My goal for the next generation of these villagers is to increase their knowledge of Georgian culture, literature, language and history so that the Azeri youth can better integrate. I want this closed circle to be opened, if not for our generation, maybe for our children's generation so that they can have a full-fledged relation with their peers.

There are Georgian teachers in Karajala school, but this is not enough...

The resettled Meskhetians have lived in a borough Nasakirali of Ozurgeti Municipality since the 1980s as a religious and linguistic minority. They are Muslims and speak Meskhetian language, which is the Anatolian dialect of Turkish language.

Although Meskhetian youth are involved in the learning process and know the state language, they hardly have any touch with the state language outside the academic process. They live separately (4 kilometers away), which hinders integration.

Along with alienation, they struggle with unemployment, often going to Turkey in the summer. ...

Problem statement

Projects against hate speech are held regularly in different countries of Europe on a large-scale. Our goal is to carry out this project locally, particularly in the direction of gender balance, racism and LGBT society.

Since Georgia is still a developing country, our eyes are still unused to seeing beyond the norms of traditions and religious dogmas. Gender and ethnicity still causes confusion in the society and is perceived as foreign idea.

People usually follow traditional culture and ethic norms. Our idea allows talk about discrimination, which unites gender as well...

Problem statement

Despite of fact that we live in 21st century, there are many teenagers in Georgia who lack information about their rights or responsibilities in their families, school or society. Those are smart children, who have potential to do something meaningful rather than just following teachers’ instructions. They are capable of thinking and coming up with great ideas, but they need little push. If students are provided with information and got assistance to develop certain skills they will start taking actions.
